My house isn't suitable for a photoshoot - do you have a studio?

The short answer to this question is no.

The next answer is that I totally understand where you’re coming from. My home is unsuitable for a photo shoot most days - I only tidy up for guests and the cleaner (yes, I clean for the cleaner). And never ever turn up to my house unannounced. As the phrase goes ‘Please excuse the mess - we’re busy living’.

But it doesn’t stop me from photographing my children, and I have every trick under the sun to hide the things that you don’t want to see - because I do it every day! I’m willing to take on any challenge - even if you have the tiniest house. All I need is one room and a window.

Your home may feel a little crazier than it was before children, but it’s a home jam-packed with love and laughter as you are knee deep in making wonderful memories. Don’t worry - I will guide you and your children to capture your most beautiful moments, and will use the light to show your best side off. I promise that your concerns will be the last thing that you will see when I capture your family together.

I thought I’d share a few images that I took of the girls playing whilst we were staying in a very simple apartment down in Cornwall. It isn’t our home, but it’s an illustration of how we are possibly the messiest travellers ever! We hadn’t unpacked - there were clothes drying after the beach, toys from before breakfast and shoes strewn everywhere. But the window framed them beautifully, the light was good, and they were having such fun spinning the animals off of the ‘roundabout’ - that I wanted to focus the story of them playing together.
